Summer in Italy Painting

This original textured landscape painting was inspired by the colorful seaside houses of Italy. The painting is done on a stretched canvas size 20" x 16". To create this contemporary abstract wall art I first covered the canvas with modeling paste using palette knife. I then added different materials to give texture and dimension to this artwork. Among the materials used are modeling paste, tissue paper, cardbaord and small twigs. The artwork was painted with professional fluid acrylics and heavy body acrylics. This beautiful one of a kind painting will be a great addition to any modern art collection. This work of art is the original.

The canvas is painted on the sides. The painting comes signed in the front and back and is finished with gloss varnish. It has a sawtooth hanger in the back.
