Canyon Falls Painting

This mixed media abstract landscape painting is very relaxing and will take you to the beautiful canyon landscapes! This painting is done with acrylics using the wet in wet technique on a stretched canvas size 16" x 20" that I first covered with modeling paste. This beautiful technique allows the colors to blend smoothly together and give a watercolor impression. The details were added using brushes and palette knife to bring texture to this painting. The earth tone colors (yellow, ochre, sienna, umber and turquoise) of this wall art are very calming. This original artwork can also be a great gift!

This work of art is the original and one of a kind. The painting comes signed in the front and back and is finished with a gloss varnish. It has a sawtooth hanger in the back.
