General Order Information
You can order securely through our online shopping carts. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We accept money order, credit cards, existing funds and echecks through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal with your credit card.

You can also make a bank transfer. In this case please email me at francoise@lama-solet.com to place your order, and I will email you back with the information for the bank transfer.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The information that we collect in order to process your order is kept private. We never sell, rent, or share your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address with anyone.
Custom orders
After you placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received.
We will also ask you to provide us with some size information in order to be able to create your order.
If you would like a special design, brother / sister matching sets, .... don't hesitate to email us, and we'll be most happy to work on your special request with you.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks after receipt of payment and size information for the creation of your order. Should you need it earlier, please let us know.
If there is a large volume of orders that may potentially slow down your order, we will always notify you by email. Thanks for understanding !
As soon as your order is ready, we will email you to confirm you the shipping date.
If the item is available right away, it will be mailed 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment.

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, with delivery confirmation and tracking number.

Express deliveries
If you want an express delivery please email me at francoise@lama-solet.com for the shipping costs and time delivery. The costs will vary depending on your location and the shipping company choosed.
International deliveries / customs
As required by law all customs paperwork will include the contents of your order and prices paid by you for the items. Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Taxes
California resident pay a 9.25% tax on their purchases.
Returns
Each item is specially made when ordered, using the specifications of the customer. Because of this we normally do not allow returns. It is very important that your measurements are accurate. If you have an issue with your received item, please contact us immediately.
