The set is composed of the t-shirt and the twirl skirt. The cotton 2 layer twirl skirt has an elastic waist for more comfort and perfect fit. The top layer of the skirt is hemmed with a ruffle. The underlayer is made out of several layers of gathered tulle to give more volume to the skirt.
