The twirl skirt is made out of the finest European corduroy fabrics. It is embellished with many details: applique, trims, flowers, lace, ... The skirt is very full as you can see and your princess will keep spinning with it:). It has an elastic waist for more comfort and perfect fit.

I've sized it 4 but it will fit a size 3 to 5. Please check the measurements hereunder:
